Magna5 is looking to acquire businesses with the following profile:

Focus

Providers of managed services or managed security services.

Revenue

Annual revenue between $4 million and $20 million, with at least 60% of revenue being contractually recurring.

Location

Ideally headquartered east of the Mississippi River. We’re also open to locations from the Midwest out to the Rocky Mountains.
