We are excited to announce Robert Farina has joined Magna5 as our new chief executive officer.
An experienced technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading successful, high-growth enterprises, he will lead Magna5 forward in continuing its business growth on a national level and penetrating larger segments of targeted industry markets.
Robert succeeds Rick Lottie who will continue to remain on the Board of Directors in the role of vice chairman. Rick was instrumental in steering Magna5’s rapid growth, expanding business offerings beyond telecommunications into managed services and overseeing a team in modernizing Magna5’s infrastructure to improve operations and customer service.
Prior to joining Magna5, Robert was CEO at Kim Technologies, which provided a platform-as-a service offering that leverages artificial intelligence capabilities to automate business processes, documents and workflows. Previously, he was the CEO of Cybershift, a NewSpring Growth investment that was sold to a Vista Equity Partners’ portfolio company.
In his new role, Robert will lead the development of a forward-looking strategy for Magna5, enhance the organization’s vision and mission, and work with executive leaders to expand opportunities into new markets along with providing effective tools for its employees to thrive and deliver service excellence.
Welcome aboard, Robert!
